6.2.5. PA Participants
Note that these settings are only available to users who have requested the activation of the French PA module
Plateforme agréée (French Invoicing Reform) inbound traffic is limited to the identifiers that have been registered in the annuaire on your behalf. When you have completed the necessary paperwork, and the annuaire lines tied to these identifiers have been activated, you will be able to see the list of active addresses for your environment in this tab. In order to be able to receive content for these addresses, you will have to create a plateforme agréée gateway in.
PA outbound traffic is limited to the participants you have whitelisted as authorized issuers. We call them participants "out". These participants will be used to verify the validity of outbound documents sent to our plateforme agréée (invoices, credit notes and eReport documents using a plateforme agréée gateway out). They will also be used to route their matching document statuses (using a plateforme agréée status gateway in).
To add a participant out, simply add their identifiers to the list of "Participants Out":
-
Fill in the details for the new participant:
Field Description siren The participant's SIREN number (French company identifier). siret The participant's SIRET number (SIREN + establishment code). routing Routing information for the participant (optional, depending on your setup). name A label to identify this participant. This name will help you find it later when assigning it to a gateway. suffix Additional suffix information for the participant. 💡 Tip: Choose a clear, recognizable name to easily identify it when configuring your status gateways.
- Once all the required fields are filled in, click SAVE AND DEPLOY at the bottom right of the page.
- Your new participant is now created.
Your PA gateway OUT will now authorize traffic for this participant.
Your PA Status gateway IN will now be able to receive Status document (Cross domain acknowledgement and responses) for this participant if you have configured a default gateway (no participants explicitly declared) or if you list this participant in such a gateway.
⚠️ Note: If a Gateway IN's PARTICIPANTS field is left empty (0 selected), that gateway acts as the default gateway. This means all messages will be routed there whenever no more specific gateway is found for a given participant. Keep this in mind when assigning participants — leaving a gateway empty is not the same as "not in use," it becomes the fallback for everything else.
