4.5.2.3. Visibility

When in your environment's build section, your connector page displays a "catalog" of available connectors. This catalog is populated based on the visibility of a connector.

1. hub: the connector will be available only in the same environment as the connector definition. 
2. account: the connector will be available only in the same environment as the connector definition. This is typically useful when you want to make connectors available to all your environments.
3. med: the connector will be available in the specified Messaging Engine definition. This makes sense if you have a private cloud solution with Babelway and you wish for all environments on your cloud, regardless of their accounts, to have access to this connector.
4. world: the connector will be available for anyone using Babelway (note that this option is only available for Babelway Admin). This truly contributes to a catalog. These are typically for connectors managed by the Babelway team. The peppol test bed connector (that allows candidate access points to pass the peppol certification tests) is such a connector.
