2.4.2. Views
Users have the ability to save “views” on the grid, allowing them to apply or edit/delete these views as needed. In simple terms, a view represents a saved search, eliminating the need for users to repeatedly enter the same search criteria. This feature proves especially valuable for users who frequently utilize complex searches with multiple criteria or those requiring more intricate setups such as lists of IDs or custom date intervals. For example when the user Choose columns for filtering his search he can save that view and give it a name then create as shown below,
After creating your views, it will be listed as shown below, every view save the searching criteria that you have saved in that view and that's to easily change between them with no need to repeat the process of choosing columns in every time.
- Updating the grid view:
You can edit the views by either updating the view columns, then click on save symbol to allow the system update the view with the current grid information as seen below:
Or by clicking on the Manage Views from the bottom which will allow you to update the name and scope or delete it as seen below:
To change the name, you can only click on it, then choose the needed name, all the changes will be applied once selected.
